Four years ago Melissa Hawkins never could have imagined that her chosen career path would lead to event planning and fun day coordination. She had just sent her daughter Taja off to college and was seemingly content as a Job Trainer.
Looking to make some extra money she ventured into the weekend party rental business. After successful reception at the Emma Gaskin Fun Day (a community festival Hawkins throws annually for Greenwood county) Hawkins decided to take her business venture to the next level. Soon Hawkins was not only servicing local events in Greenwood and Abbeville, but traveling to Columbia, Charlotte North Carolina, Atlanta Georgia, and all the large and small towns in between.
As Joyful Jumps of Greenwood grew she added new pieces. The Spongebob Inflatable was her first ride. Soon after acquiring the Spongebob Inflatable, inflatables began to get popular so moonbounces, slides, obstacle course's, and every different type of bounce house was added to the inventory. Joyful Jumps of Greenwood also carries a wide variety of amusements for kids and adults. From the dunking booth, sumo wrestling wring, gladiator wring, Joyful Jumps of Greenwood has the ride, game, inflatable, or amusement to complete any party, event, festival, corporate picnic, or church function.
